This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Pilot and free-trial requests. Your name, work email, company, FPGA family and the project description you write. We use them to answer your request and, if you take part, to run the pilot or send you the trial. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Emails you send us. The content of your email and your address, to reply to you.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) to keep the site secure and available.
Who receives it
Only SOLIDKOSMOS staff who need it to reply to you, and two service providers acting on our instructions: Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and Resend, which delivers the form to our inbox. Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to further work are deleted after 24 months. If we start working together, we keep what the contract and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct, delete or restrict it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@solidkosmos.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
